Duration: 10 weeks.
Approach: The objective of CAT A works is to create a fundamental, versatile space that can be customised to meet the requirements of prospective occupants. At 52 Broomhill, we completely renovated the office floor. We introduced state-of-the-art flat panel LED lighting with motion sensors, thoroughly cleaned the existing raised access floor tiles, and repurposed and relocated the pre-existing electrical floor outlets.
