Location: Ailesbury Road.
Size: 375 sq meters.
Services: Main Contractor.
Duration: 12 months.
Approach: The brief was simple. Help mend this sick building. Everything was stripped back under the watchful eye of the conservation architect. The rear facade was completely removed and replaced with a traditional lime render. The leaking roof and chimneys were repaired. The rising damp and rotten timbers treated. The basement level reclaimed from the raising water table.
