Approach: This 2 storey terraced house with double front over garden level offers a dual aspect drawing room, a separate dining room with service kitchen, 4 upstairs bedrooms including an en-suite master and a self-contained apartment in the basement. The client’s brief was to repair the raising damp in the basement and living room, repair all the walls and ceilings, reinstate some damaged period features and paint the entire house including the exterior facade in a new contemporary muted palette. We also had to renovate two bathrooms and modernise the existing kitchen.
