Approach: JenningsConroy was commissioned to revamp the communal spaces for the landlord and address the wear and tear on one floor for an incoming tenant. We opted for R-10 rated, slate-gray tiles for the bathroom floors, providing both slip resistance and aesthetic appeal. The walls were adorned with a lighter gray tile to create a striking contrast. The office layout was kept sleek and minimalist, featuring clean black lines complemented by a striped floor pattern that harmonized with matching stripes on the walls.
