Approach: JenningsConroy was commissioned to dismantle the former building canteen and reconvert it into an office area. The client envisioned a spacious, open-plan workspace featuring a brand-new communal kitchen and a bespoke oak hot desk table to facilitate collaborative meetings. Additionally, the project involved the creation of three new offices, two meeting rooms, and the refurbishment of the existing bathrooms.
